Event - Language Alive Visit Year 2

October 2007

On Monday 29 October 2007, 'Language Alive' visited class 2H.

They told the story of Acapella – the tropical frog who came to England in a banana box but needed returning to the rainforest. We played musical instruments and sang to celebrate the safe return of Acapella, as Hourani guided us through the rainforest.

Later, back in the classroom (England), we spent the afternoon making feathered head dresses like Hourani wore.

We all had a great time!
